About one year after opening its new company building in Ostbevern in Münsterland, Germany, CANway, is planning to increase the size of its production workshop. Increased demand for solutions in HiL test bench engineering applications has driven the necessity to expand its buildings. In addition to component test benches CANWAY also builds complete subsystem test benches and offers a comprehensive range of services from troubleshooting analyses to drawing up concepts through to maintenance of test benches on site at customer locations.

The order books for this area of business have since then filled rather satisfyingly with orders through to the middle of 2013. Several HiL subsystem test benches and HiL component test benches have been placed on order by a well-known automotive OEM. Moreover, the first orders have been taken from TIER-1 in the automotive industry.

In addition to the high-quality constructions and carefully tested test benches the CW-300 series developed for the purpose offers additional advantages. Automation technology makes it possible to implement a modular and, as a consequence, faster, more flexible and economic test stand design in close proximity to the test specimen.
